Life for Kansas was perfect until the day the world changed.

While on her search for answers she finds comfort in new friendships and love, but her past seems as if it will haunt her forever.
Kansas takes it upon herself to help other survivors, which would be easy if the famished were the only obstacles.
In a trilogy plot thick with twists and turns, it is emotional as much as it is horrifyingly gripping.
I’ve been stalking Annie Walls and the Famished Trilogy for MONTHS… MONTHS, I tell you! And if you know me at all that in itself is quite a feat, as I have a horrifically short attention span. But from the moment I read Annie’s synopsis for Taking on the Dead- I KNEW I had to have this book IMMEDIATELY!!!
And it’s FINALLY ready!!!! I’m super excited for this book, I mean SERIOUSLY… the heroine’s name is KANSAS dude!!!! Are you joking? That’s freaking EPIC. So here’s what I know:
